Group-Buy:

During the group-buy period, you can freely modify options or cancel orders without incurring cancellation transaction fees;

Within 14 days after the end of the group-buy, cancellations are supported, but a 5% transaction fee will be charged;

After 14 days following the end of the group-buy, no cancellations of any form are supported;

All group-buy items are custom-made and will strictly adhere to the above policies without exception, so please consider carefully before making a purchase;

In-stock:

Requests are only allowed before customers receive tracking information. Once the package has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
